Required for this Quilt top project:
Simple Medallion Quilt Pattern (included with purchase of centerpiece block)
1 personalized  PRINT ON FABRIC centerpiece block - 18 ½” square Dye Print
1 PRINT ON FABRIC border fabric - 6"  
 
Optional: 
Purchase 4 or more 5 1/2" personalized pumpkinhead blocks. 
 
Your personalized Dye Print blocks are printed on White or Cream color, combed cotton/poly blend premium broadcloth.  
 
Fabric Kits Available (quilt top only)
 
Various arrangements can be used on this quilt with the half square triangle patch.  Creativity is good for the soul, so have fun with this project!   
 
Wash and care - cool water and tumble dry. 
 
Guarantee - the Dye Prints are permanent and will never fade  They have a very soft hand and will become softer with each wash.
